This Policy does not cover our data practices for Litherland Tax & Accounting Services (LTAS) clients in their capacity as clients which is subject to the terms of engagement letters between Litherland Tax & Accounting Services (LTAS) and its clients, nor data practices related to scenarios where Litherland Tax & Accounting Services (LTAS) enters into a nondisclosure agreement (or similar agreement) with prospective clients. Any conflict between the terms of this Policy and engagement letters or non-disclosure agreements shall be construed in favor of the terms in the applicable engagement letter or non-disclosure agreement.
