We provide annual tax preparation services for individuals, self-employed professionals, and businesses. All rates shown are starting rates. Final invoices are issued after your return is completed.
Individual Tax Return Filing (Annual Service) – Starting at $250+
Federal and state returns with e-file. Covers basic returns with W-2s, 1099s (interest/dividends), retirement income, and standard deductions.
Returns with multiple schedules, investments, higher income, or less-organized records may be quoted at a higher rate.
Self-Employed / Schedule C Filing (Annual Service) – Starting at $650+
For freelancers, independent contractors, and single-member LLCs filing Schedule C. Includes federal and state returns, e-filing, and all required supporting forms.
Pricing may increase depending on transaction volume, additional schedules, income level, or the condition of records. Final invoice is issued at completion.
Complex Individual Returns (Annual Service) – Starting at $850+
For returns including rental properties, investments, or multi-state filings.
Pricing depends on reporting complexity and the organization of records.
Business Tax Return Preparation (Annual Service)

1. Schedule Online – Book your consultation directly through our website. You’ll receive a confirmation email with appointment details. Appointments available in-office, by phone, or via video call.
2. Portal Access – After booking, you’ll receive access to our secure client portal. Inside, you’ll find your engagement letter and client questionnaire.
3. Required Steps Before We Begin – We cannot start your return until the engagement letter is signed and the questionnaire is completed. If applicable, a retainer fee will also be required before work begins.
4. Preparing & Filing – Once everything is in place, our team prepares your return. We’ll reach out through the portal if more information is needed. You’ll review and e-sign before we e-file.
5. Final Invoice – Issued after completion, based on actual time, complexity, and the condition of your records.
